What this service is

Gold Expert FX Community is a free, independent, educational community for people who trade or are learning to trade forex and gold, typically using MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5. We publish general market commentary and marked-up charts. That is the entire service. We are not a broker, an exchange, a fund, an introducing broker or a licensed financial adviser, and we are not authorised by any financial regulator.

Not advice, and no reliance

Nothing published on this website or in the channel is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. It is general information only and takes no account of your circumstances. You must make your own decisions and carry out your own research. Please read our full risk disclosure before acting on anything you read.

No fees, and no one will ask you for money

Access is free. There is no paid tier, subscription, or mandatory broker sign-up. We never request deposits, payments, MetaTrader passwords, investor logins or remote access to your device, and we never trade on anyone's behalf. Anyone doing so in our name is impersonating us.

Community rules

When taking part in the channel, please do not:

• promote paid signal services, managed accounts, broker referral links or unrelated products;
• post guaranteed-return claims, fabricated results or anything designed to mislead other members;
• solicit money from members, or contact them privately with investment offers;
• post abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or off-topic content, or spam the group.

Administrators may remove content and remove or ban members at their discretion, without notice, to keep the community useful and safe.

Availability

The website and the channel are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Posting is not guaranteed on any schedule, and we may pause, change or discontinue the community at any time. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services such as Telegram, or for the availability, execution quality or conduct of any broker you choose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Expert FX Community and its contributors are not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the channel, or from your reliance on any content we publish. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The text, charts and design on this website belong to Gold Expert FX Community. You may share links to it freely, but please do not republish the content as your own. MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are products and trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd, and Telegram is a trademark of Telegram Messenger Inc.; these names are used only to describe the platforms our members use, and neither company endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with this community.
